Support Services Manager

Chelsea joined EquiPro Investments in 2018 as a Legal Support Representative with the focus on the support of the collection law firm network . She later transitioned to the Agency Support Representative, working closely with the agency network with outsourcing accounts and documentation processing. Now, she oversees the support services department which is responsible for overseeing client services, consumer disputes, and credit bureau reporting. Prior to joining SCS, she worked in banking for more than five years which included opening bank accounts for new and existing customers, manage transactions, resolving clients’ issues, and perform administrative tasks such as documenting their information, and other related duties.
